About the role:
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to expand our global market presence and drive international sales growth on Ecommerce Marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible to discover, validate and prioritize international needs within the organization and manage projects through completion.
What are you expected to do?
- Oversee all aspects of International business including business planning, online marketing, regulatory compliance, distribution management and analytics.
- Design go-to-market (GTM) strategy to successfully launch the brand on our International marketplaces like Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Amazon.ae etc. as per business plans and requirements
- Work with legal & compliance partners to launch the business & products in the respective international markets
- Own and oversee packaging re-design as per respective country's compliance requirements
- Achieve the AOP top-line and bottom-line targets through day-to-day management of online sales
- Monitor paid marketing campaigns and coordinate with distributors on a daily basis, to ensure highest possible ROAS and overall ROI.
- Monitor and drive sales from different channels of marketing including Direct, SEM, Email, Social and others
- Partner closely with Business Leaders, Brand team, Operations teams, and other cross functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals
What are we looking for?
- Experience of 2-5 years in managing E-commerce Marketplaces, preferably in international domain at a high growth startup or MNC.
- Prior international business experience in Beauty & personal care is a big plus.
- Entrepreneurial & Data driven approach and very strong knowledge of Amazon ecosystem
- MBA is a plus but not mandatory
