- HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance: We are seeking an experienced payroll and compliance specialist to join our team.
- The potential talent will be responsible for managing HR operations, payroll, and compliance to ensure efficient and effective HR services.
Roles and Responsibilities.
HR Operations:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including new hires, promotions, and separations.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Participate in special projects/ initiatives as needed.
Payroll:
- Manage payroll processing and payroll reconciliations for on-roll and off-role employees.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate payroll disbursement.
- Provide HR support for payroll-related inquiries, concerns, and issues.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with payroll & labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date PF and ESIC records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage compliance-related employee inquiries and issues.
- Manage relations with external compliance partners.
- Bachelor's Degree/Master's in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
