Brief Summary: Will be responsible for Channel management and Key Accounting of business from assigned set of Key accounts so as to achieve business results while ensuring customer satisfaction & profitability, in Modern Trade
Detailed Description:
- Maintaining existing Key accounts & new customer acquisition with right product mix.
- Increasing the share both value & volume within the existing Key accounts by increasing distribution & penetration.
- Generating revenue through Key account management and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning to achieve the targets.
- Responsible for managing customer escalations, customer problems and participating in important negotiations with key accounts.
- Relationship building with the category managers in all Key accounts & also close liaison with internal sales support functions like SCM, Commercial, Finance & HR.
Educational Qualification:.
- MBA with Sales & Marketing
Experience:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in FMCG trade.
- Beverage industry experience in preferred.
Additional skills / Certification:
- Good command over English Language
- Computer skill is a must
Reporting to: NAM
Reportee: Team of West region
Travel: (Percentage of travel %): 30% Inter-State
Inter city: 50%
