Channel Manager - eCommerce /Quick Commerce/Modern Trade (3-10 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Channel Registration & Setup

- Register products on leading Quick Commerce platforms (e.g., Zepto, Blinkit), E-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), and Modern Trade retail chains.

- Ensure platform compliance, complete onboarding processes, and coordinate internally for smooth integration.

Strategy Development & Execution

- Create tailored go-to-market strategies, focusing on customer profiles, product positioning, and promotional opportunities.

- Optimize product listings, catalog visibility, and management to drive sales.

Account & Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with platform representatives to enhance visibility and partnership opportunities.

- Collaborate with account managers to monitor performance, resolve issues, and boost revenue.

Sales & Marketing Coordination

- Develop channel-specific campaigns, promotions, and offers to increase sales.

- Manage pricing strategies while aligning with brand and margin goals.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Track performance metrics like sales growth, inventory turnover, and customer feedback.

- Analyze data to recommend strategies for improving sales and customer experience.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination

- Ensure consistent stock availability, timely deliveries, and efficient return handling.

- Plan inventory based on demand forecasts, trends, and promotions to prevent stockouts or overstock.

New Product Launches

- Coordinate new product launches, ensuring platform compliance and effective positioning.

- Execute pre-launch activities, including content creation and targeted promotions.
