Manger plays a critical role in driving sales growth and market penetration by listing our products in the E Commerce and Modern trade sector, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and staying updated on market trends to achieve sales goals and objectives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE :

- Develop and Execute Strategies: Formulate and implement business strategies to expand our E-Commerce and Modern Trade channels.

- Product Listing: Manage the listing of products across various online platforms and Modern Trade chains and stores.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the Gourmet team and cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Scope :

- This is a role optimizing PAN India opportunities.

- As added context this is a high growth emerging market.

- It involves Tapping new business opportunities, New customer activation planning.

- Plan to direct efforts toward a total of 700 tons, serving a diverse customer base with a distinctive 400 gm packaging.

- The goal is to establish a presence in the retail segment targeting the mass market, which will contribute to increased revenue and growth.

EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Food Technology or similar.

- Fluent Business English and local language.

- Team Player and a great leader
