Designation: Business Development Manager

Requirement: 2 - 4 years of experience (in CHS)

Should have experience in selling high ticket size products - (min 1 lac)

Role Type: Individual contributor role (No Team handling)

Job Location: Pune, Hyderabad

Working days : 6 days working (Monday fixed off)

English comms : Fluent

Qualification : Engineer Background (MBA / IIM will be preferred)

Responsibilities:


- Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

- Locating/proposing potential business deals for the company by contacting potential partners/customers and by discovering and exploring opportunities.

- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions and promote the company's products or services to prospective clients

- Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople.

- Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.

- Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products or services.

- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending profit and service improvements.


- Shared across functionality

- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

- Handle high pressure situations

- Excellent communicator
