Key Responsibilities:
Business Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute annual business plans across e-commerce accounts to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Account Management:
- Handle key accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, Firstcry, Blinkit, BB, ensuring smooth business operations and growth.
Product Listing & Management:
- Oversee the listing of new products, ensuring they are optimized for visibility and performance. Ensure timely onboarding of products and manage their ongoing profitability.
Margin Negotiation:
- Negotiate margins with platforms to maintain and increase profitability for each product line.
Seller Model Management:
- Manage both direct accounts and 3P seller models, ensuring strategic alignment with company objectives.
Brand Performance:
- Drive the success of key brands within the e-commerce space by implementing effective strategies to enhance their visibility and sales.
Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, promotions, and inventory management.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Any Graduate + MBA (preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years in handling e-commerce channels with a reputed FMCG/OTC company.
- Must have experience working with well-known brands in the e-commerce space.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Firstcry, Blinkit, BB, etc.
- Experience in managing direct accounts and 3P seller models.
- Proven track record in margin negotiation, product listing, and driving profitability.
