About the Role :

This Project Manager role requires a dynamic and experienced individual to lead and motivate project teams, manage projects from inception to completion, and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.

You will be responsible for defining project scope, timelines, and budgets, meticulously monitoring progress, and cultivating strong client relationships while adhering to established project processes and standards.

This role demands a blend of technical understanding, leadership acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

- Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones.

- Execute projects using appropriate methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).

- Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.

- Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders (internal teams, clients, vendors).

- Proactively address concerns and provide regular project updates.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.

- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

- Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within allocated resources.

- Track expenses and report on budget variances.

- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with US and UK clients.

- Understand their needs and ensure project deliverables align with their expectations.

- Contribute to presales activities, including developing Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and meeting minutes.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience leading projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Technology Stack, including .NET, C#, and related technologies.

- Experience with Data and AI projects, including Big Data, ETL processes, and Power BI.

- Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies and projects.

- Experience in presales activities, including SOW creation, proposal writing, and RFP responses.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor team members.

- Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create and maintain project documentation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Scrum Master certification

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other relevant project management certifications

Education : Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
