Technical Consultant - MS Dynamics 365 (3-5 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements to our Dynamics 365 platform. This role will be crucial in ensuring that our CRM system meets our evolving business needs and provides optimal value to our users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, experience with development tools and technologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customization and Development : Design and develop customizations and enhancements to Dynamics 365 solutions, including plugins, workflows, integrations, and custom entities.

- System Integration : Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications using various integration methods (APIs, web services).

- Technical Support and Troubleshooting : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 users, resolving issues and answering questions promptly.

- Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Security Implementation : Implement security protocols and data governance policies within Dynamics 365 to ensure data integrity and compliance.

- Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality assurance of new features and functionalities.

- Documentation : Document technical processes, configurations, and user guides to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.

- Project Participation : Participate in project planning and deployment activities for Dynamics 365 initiatives, contributing to successful project delivery.

- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Dynamics 365 tools, streamlining workflows and increasing efficiency.

- Training and Support : Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the system.

- Continuous Learning : Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and enhancements, actively seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.

- Data Management : Assist in data migration and data management strategies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- Performance Monitoring : Monitor system performance and optimize technical components as necessary to maintain optimal system responsiveness.

- Collaboration with IT : Work collaboratively with IT teams to ensure robust infrastructure and software environments supporting the Dynamics 365 platform.

- Compliance : Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technical design and development.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and customization.

- Proficient understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, data model, and security model.

- Proven experience in developing custom applications and integrations using Dynamics 365.

- Strong knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Experience with Azure services related to Dynamics 365 (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions).

- Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and the .NET framework.

- Excellent knowledge of SQL and database management.

- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in user training and support.

- Familiarity with CRM best practices and workflows.

- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.

- Willingness to stay abreast of technology trends and developments in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
