Technical Consultant - MS Dynamics 365 (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

System Administration :

- Administer and maintain the Dynamics 365 platform, including user access, security roles, configurations, and workflows.

- Manage release and change management processes, system updates, and database refreshes.

- Monitor and communicate system performance and maintenance notifications.

- Coordinate with Microsoft to resolve raised system issues promptly.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to privacy regulations within Dynamics 365.

Technical Development :

- Design, develop, and test customizations, integrations, and reports using D365 development tools.

- Create and maintain workflows, custom fields, and forms to support business processes.

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and custom reports to provide actionable insights.

- Automate workflows and processes to streamline operations and improve system efficiency.

- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 releases and ensure smooth implementation of updates and patches.

Integration and Collaboration :

- Manage and maintain integrations between D365 and other internal or external systems.

- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to align the platform with business objectives.

- Assist in integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise resource planning tools and external data sources.

Support and Training :

- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and resolution for reported issues.

- Train staff on Dynamics 365 features and best practices to enhance user adoption and efficiency.

- Document system design, development processes, and testing protocols.

Additional Responsibilities :

- Support administrative tasks for other cloud-based platforms, primarily MS 365 environments.

- Assist with compliance audits related to system usage and data management.

- Perform other tasks to ensure ongoing system reliability, security, and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Systems Administration and Development.

- Strong technical knowledge of D365 Finance and Operations modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, Inventory and Field Service.

- Proficiency in using development tools like X++, Power Platform, and Power BI.

- Experience with integrations and data management in Dynamics 365 environments.

- Familiarity with SQL Server and other database management tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Microsoft 365 environments and Azure DevOps.

- Knowledge of compliance standards and auditing processes related to ERP systems.

- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus.
