Senior Consultant - MS Dynamics (5-10 yrs)

Title : Senior MS Dynamics Consultant.

Location : Financial District, Hyderabad or Chennai Office (You can choose any location).

Type : Hybrid Role (3 Days/Week).

Mode : Full Time.

Requirement :

- Architect, robust Power Platform and Microsoft Data verse solutions.

- Responsible for managing the changes, releases, updates, and enhancements to the Microsoft Power Platform cloud systems including MS Dynamics, Power apps and Power Platform.

- Project and solution estimation and team structure definition.

- Own and aggressively drive forward specific areas of technology architecture.

- Identify continuous improvement opportunities for assigned systems and processes.

- Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.

- Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.

- Participate in Architect review board (ARB) and discuss new/change of system design and security recommendations.

- Build and deployment process of various components including Dynamics CRM, PowerApps, Microsoft Azure, etc.

- Perform software and product updates.

- Participate and contribute to technical discussion with various key stack holders including Product Owners, Cloud Operations.

- Triage issue, analysis and resolution in production environment.

- Actively participate in DevOps Product Delivery agile ceremonies

- Responsible for helping team to manage backlog items.

- Provide technical clarification and help in grooming/planning of Features and User Stories.

- Lead team in performing feasibility/gap analysis.

- Assist team with identifying risks and dependencies.

- Conduct technical knowledge sharing sessions to team for new/existing/change processes and tools.

- Review existing process, advocate, and implement process improvement.
