Data Scientist - Python/R/SQL (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team and help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience with machine learning, and expertise in handling large datasets.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop models, generate insights, and build solutions that support business goals.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

- Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business challenges.

- Design and optimize data pipelines and workflows.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data-driven solutions and present findings.

- Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all analyses and models.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in data science, AI, and machine learning.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, etc.

- Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

- Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of deep learning and NLP techniques.

- Experience in A/B testing and experimental design.

- Understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
