Job Description :
- Extensive experience with Project Management and Process Documentation.
- Understand Business Program and Processes for which work is being performed.
- Driving Business Presentation.
- Strong Oral and written Communication skills.

- Ensuring services meet SLA defined.
- Expertise with MS Power Automate/Power Apps/ Power BI/ADO/Dynamic CRM.
- Hands on experience with ADO/Office suites including Teams and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. Document project processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into project objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations to stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. Manage the backlog and prioritize work items.
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and SharePoint.
- Adhere to Microsoft's values and culture. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure that all services delivered meet the defined SLAs.
- Monitor service performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Required Skills :
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and make sound decisions.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build consensus, and foster collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess project risks and identify potential roadblocks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Desired Qualifications :
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience in a specific industry (e.g., technology, finance, healthcare)
- Experience with specific project types (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, marketing campaigns)
