Job Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager for our India Location.
- The Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business and revenue growth strategies, building long-term relationships with clients, and working cross-functionally with product and services teams to drive value for the client.
Qualifications:
- Technical sales and account management skills.
- Strong understanding of cloud services and infrastructure.
- Ability to develop new business and revenue growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in the IT outsourcing and consulting industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Amazon cloud services is a plus.
- Strong Power point skills with creating Presentation, customer proposal.
- Experience with Contract writing and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Proactively manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and address client needs and challenges, proactively proposing solutions and services.
- Conduct regular account reviews with clients to discuss performance, identify areas for improvement, and explore new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market segments and opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling existing products and services to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Provide valuable client feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and service delivery.
Other Duties as Assigned:
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in account management and sales.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes and methodologies.
