Manager/Senior Manager - R2R (Night shifts)

- Manage the end-to-end Record-to-Report process

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

- Conduct regular financial analysis and reviews

- Implement and maintain financial controls and processes

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors

- Lead, coach, and develop the R2R team

- Collaborate with other departments to gather required financial information

- Identify areas for process improvements and drive efficiency initiatives

Preferred candidate profile:

- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)

- Minimum of 9 years of experience in finance or accounting roles

- Proven experience in managing financial reporting and control processes

- Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulations

- Experience in leading and developing teams
