IT Support Job Description
Budget: Up to 4.5 LPA

Location - Pune

We are looking for an experienced IT Support professional to join our team and help optimize our technology infrastructure. This role will be responsible for managing IT systems, troubleshooting issues, assisting with system upgrades, and providing technical support and training to employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in computer hardware, software, and network maintenance, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
• Install, configure, and update computer hardware, software, and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support to employees via face-to-face interactions, phone, or remote assistance tools.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving faults efficiently.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and password-related issues.
• Assist in deploying new applications and software solutions across the organization.
• Follow IT support protocols, documentation, and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and security checks on IT equipment.
• Ensure timely response and resolution of IT support tickets and service requests.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers when necessary.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance IT operations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on IT best practices.
• Conduct electrical safety checks on IT equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other common software applications.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Familiarity with IT security tools, antivirus software, and data protection measures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues effectively.
