You will be responsible for:

• Planning and coordination includes Pre-event preparation, communication with stakeholders, specific

branding and collaterals, negotiation with vendors and all other requirements as set by the client

• Relationship with key stakeholders (internal and external)

• Executing the event with precision and adhering to high quality standards

• Identify all aspects of event risk assessment and crisis management planning strategies.

• Maintain a calendar of events and implement a system that enables and anticipates long-term planning and

effective event management for the organizations meetings, and events

• Conduct post-event debriefing sessions and analysis and post event support as required

Key Skills Required:

• University degree in business, marketing, event management or related field.

• 1 to 3 years experience in Event Management or related field is required.

• Ability to develop professional relationships in all aspects of the position that result in stable, consistent,

reliable, and courteous communication when dealing with stakeholders.

• Ability to problem solve and work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous

deadlines.

• Excellent organizational, planning and project management skill, ability for accuracy and thoroughness,

negotiation and leadership skills

• Proven ability to take direction, feedback and input and to develop effective and engaging events that will

achieve the organizations goals.

• Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate budgets and effectively manage expenses.

• Experience of conducting events at community / CSR level (preferred)

• High level of verbal and written communications skills

• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) event management tools

• Ability to travel is required
