IT Support Executive | IT help desk - TVS Credit Nungambakkam

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated IT support to executives, senior leadership, and high-profile clients, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.

Hands-on experience in AD, DNS, DHCP, ARUBA WIFI Devices, Switches and Routers.

Provide support in connecting conference corporate meetings and troubleshoot if any technical issues with devices and coordinate with vendor till closure.

Configure and manage laptops, mobile devices, and other technology tools for VIP users.

Hands on experience in installing and configuring Microsoft Defender AV, DLP, BitLocker Encryption security tools.

Handle escalated IT concerns and prioritize VIP requests to meet service level agreements.

Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate positive relationships with VIP users.

Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical users.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network issues for VIP users.

Collaborate with the internal IT team to address complex technical challenges.

Offer training and guidance to VIPs on technology usage, best practices, and cybersecurity awareness.

Implement security measures and ensure compliance with IT policies on VIP devices.

Implement proactive monitoring tools to identify potential issues before they impact VIP users.

Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance for VIP equipment.

Maintain accurate records of VIP user configurations, issues, and resolutions.

Generate reports on support activities, trends, and areas for improvement.

Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Ability to travel if required.
