Key skills for the job
1. Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain and update data on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Utilize software tools to monitor and analyze data, generating regular reports for management review.
- Prepare presentations and reports, using Excel and PowerPoint, to summarize data insights and actionable recommendations.
2. Administrative and Executive Support:
- Draft, review, and refine letters, correspondence, and official documents as required.
- Coordinate with different departments to support tasks related to Key Result Areas (KRAs).
- Assist in the preparation and scheduling of meetings, ensuring that participants have all necessary materials.
3. Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and ensuring timely response to queries.
- Support staff and departments by providing information, resources, and assistance for projects related to assigned KRAs.
4. Software and Tools Management:
- Manage and troubleshoot relevant software applications to optimize data operations and reporting processes.
- Advocate for best practices in data handling and software use to enhance productivity.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to streamline data management and administrative tasks.
