Location: Pune

Role Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and organized Client Proposal Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring high-quality submissions that align with client expectations and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proposal Development:

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of client proposals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and inputs for proposals.
• Draft, format, and proofread proposals to ensure they meet client requirements and organizational standards.

2. Client Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the proposal process.
• Address client queries, gather feedback, and ensure clear communication throughout.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain an organized repository of all proposal documents, templates, and client correspondences.
• Track proposal statuses, outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement.

4. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to enhance the proposal development process for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement best practices in proposal writing and submission.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment on proposal content and objectives.
• Coordinate with leadership for approvals and strategic input.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in proposal writing or business development is a plus.
