Experience: 3-7 Years
Salary Range: Up to 5.5 LPA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of hiring top talent for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and technical positions using various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit based on job requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
• Provide regular updates and insights on the recruitment pipeline.

Recruitment Strategies:

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Process Management:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies.

Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
• MBA in HR or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven experience in IT recruitment (3-7 years).
