Salary Range: ₹2,50,000 - ₹3,50,000 per annum

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, ensuring they are completed efficiently and meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and coordinate events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
2. Manage event logistics, including venue booking, vendor coordination, and equipment setup.
3. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
4. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
5. Handle event-related communications, including invitations, RSVPs, and follow-ups.
6. Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Address issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems during events.
8. Collect and analyze feedback to improve future events.

3. Knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
