Summary:As a Salesforce Loyalty Management Cloud Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Loyalty Management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Loyalty Management Cloud applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement them in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Loyalty Management to meet business process and application requirements.Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Loyalty Management and other systems using APIs and middleware technologies.Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:Must Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Loyalty Management Cloud.Good To Have Skills:Experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, APIs, and middleware technologies.Strong understanding of Salesforce Core, Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management architecture and data model.Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management and Marketing Cloud configuration and customization.Solid grasp of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Loyalty Management development and implementationExperience and knowledge in Salesforce Loyalty Management various modules such as Core Data Model, DPE, Apex coding, Transaction JournalStrong experience in Salesforce Loyalty Management Integrations and APIs-Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery would be an assetPossess Tibco Knowledge to engage and resolve issues with Tibco teamPosses MuleSoft Knowledge to engage and resolve issues with MuleSoft teamExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication, project management, and collaboration skillsMinimum 3 hands-on Experience in complex LWC's using Promises, Event Handling, data services, writing custom LWC Components. -Min 5 years' experience in Salesforce Apex writing Apex code, Batch classes, Triggers, Platform Events". Solid understanding of Salesforce Security practices for configuration and customization.-Good understanding of salesforce DevOps processes using Visual Studio Code, GIT and CI/CD packaging.
