Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Décor Sales Officer for our Home Décor showrooms across
the country. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing sales teams and driving
revenue in a showroom setting. The role requires ensuring sales growth, operational
excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Drive sales performance through store staff, ensuring achievement of GMV and revenue
targets.
• Manage and improve store staff productivity.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and conversion by meeting and assisting customers.
• Organize demand generation activities on the ground.
• Service dealers and maintain the Dealer Health Card, resolving issues with relevant
stakeholders.
• Oversee dealer accounts, sales, and material servicing, ensuring smooth coordination with
suppliers (Sleek, Bath, UPVC, WT).
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for store issues and order servicing.
• Ensure store operations align with hygiene standards and operational excellence.
• Foster effective use of digital tools to drive customer conversions.
• Provide training and grooming to store staff in coordination with the central training team.
• Manage store team recruitment.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales in a Home Décor showroom.
• Strong ability to manage multiple customers through various stages of sales conversion.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Leadership qualities with a team-player mind-set.
