Hospitality Trainer (Faridabad location - up To 45k ctc)

Location - Faridabad

Qualification - Hospitality background

Experience - 1 to 8 years in hospitality training (F&B, Front office)

Mon to Fri working

Salary - up to 45k ctc

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on hospitality industry practices, and customer service standards.

• Develop and customize training materials, modules, and activities to align with project objectives.

• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve learner performance.

• Mentor and support trainees, ensuring their overall growth and readiness for employment.

• Collaborate with the program team to track progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with project guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the hospitality sector (preferably in training or supervisory roles).

• Strong understanding of hospitality standards, customer service excellence, and industry trends.

• Prior experience in training and skill development projects is a plus. Salary: • Up to ₹40,000/ 45,000/- per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
