Opportunity for Tekla and/or SDS2 - Modeller/Checker:
This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced Tekla Modellers/Checkers to transition into a Trainer role. If you have extensive hands-on experience with Tekla and/or SDS2 software and are interested in sharing your knowledge by training others, we encourage you to apply.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Tekla and/or SDS2 Software Training

Job Purpose:
The Tekla and/or SDS2 Trainer will be responsible for training both new and existing employees to enhance their skills, ensuring high levels of competency and efficiency in using Tekla and/or SDS2 software. The role involves coordinating training programs with the HR department, managing training schedules, developing innovative training methods, evaluating employee performance, and resolving software-related issues. The trainer will also be tasked with introducing the latest software updates and improvements to the team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collect "Training Need Forms" from Office Manager/Regional Head, specifying training topics, and coordinate with HR for organizing training sessions.
• Schedule and arrange training programs considering faculty and employee availability.
• Evaluate employee performance through exams (online, verbal, or written) and provide feedback.
• Maintain records of training sessions and track the progress of employees.
• In case of external trainers, arrange them on priority.
• Keep a record of training skills and experiences within the organization.
• Introduce new employees to available resources in the TF library.
• Conduct QA/QC audits at the Head Office and branch locations.
• Create and modify Tekla/SDS2 templates, reports, and auto connections to improve modeling efficiency.
• Resolve software issues, customize drawings and connections, and ensure smooth functioning of the software.
• Stay updated with new software versions and updates, introducing these to the team.
• Explore and integrate new software-supported applications for better productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Strong understanding of teaching methodologies and tools for effective training.
• Eagerness to stay updated with the latest techniques in training and software tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LMS tools is a plus.
• Ability to simplify complex subjects and explain them clearly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable with travelling and staying at other branch locations when required.
