Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Candidates: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source potential candidates from various online channels.
• Screening: Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
• Onboarding: Onboard new employees to ensure they become fully integrated into the company.
• Collaboration: Work closely with managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Trend Monitoring: Keep track of global IT trends and job boards to enable effective recruitment.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of IT terminologies and roles.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized candidate databases.
• Experience: Previous experience in IT recruitment or a related field is often preferred
