Job Description
- Maintain a professional attitude towards work.
- Responds promptly to queries of the customers.
- Demonstrate ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating whenever required.
- Ability to communicate with customer through various channels (Emails Calls).
- Inside and out knowledge of the products so that you can answer questions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take initiate to engage customers to get a better clarity regarding the issue.
- Comfortable with the cross training of every Line of Business and internal process movements (as and when required basis business requirement).
- Expected to work on week-ends, Holidays and events.
- Graduates (Any stream).
- Under Graduates-min. 12th Pass.
- English communication skills- Conversational / Professional.
- Ability to clearly understand and note the customer's issues.
- Quick decision maker and a team player.
- Ability to calmly handle situation when customers are stressed or upset.
- Basic computer Knowledge is must.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in the work environment.
