Job Description


  • Maintain a professional attitude towards work.
  • Responds promptly to queries of the customers.
  • Demonstrate ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating whenever required.
  • Ability to communicate with customer through various channels (Emails Calls).
  • Inside and out knowledge of the products so that you can answer questions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take initiate to engage customers to get a better clarity regarding the issue.
  • Comfortable with the cross training of every Line of Business and internal process movements (as and when required basis business requirement).
  • Expected to work on week-ends, Holidays and events.


Requirements


  • Graduates (Any stream).
  • Under Graduates-min. 12th Pass.
  • English communication skills- Conversational / Professional.
  • Ability to clearly understand and note the customer's issues.
  • Quick decision maker and a team player.
  • Ability to calmly handle situation when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Basic computer Knowledge is must.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in the work environment.
