Job Description
- Plan and execute all CRM communications (email, sms push notification campaigns) throughout the entire customer life cycle, using marketing automation tools
- Formulate and execute the CRM strategy to drive traffic, retargeting, repeat purchase and cross-sell by working closely with the revenue, product, tech and design teams
- Plan, schedule and execute the promotional calendar, offers, pricing through discounting
- Hands-on involvement in communication creative strategy, emailers, personalization, SMS and notifications marketing
- Onsite Banner Management, Browser notification management, website and app conversion optimization
- 4-8 years of experience with minimum 2 years prior experience in CRM marketing/retention marketing/email, push notification, SMS and promotions planning / management.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Creative, Energetic, Quick learner and highly action oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent team player with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team
