Assistant Manager - Ecommerce

We are giving an opportunity at Corridor Seven Coffee Roasters to the candidates to showcase how they can work with one of the fastest-growing startups in India in the coffee industry. The role is that of a Ecommerce Development Manager.

Selected Joinee's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Product management across various different sales platforms.

2. Maintain a healthy inventory list for various different marketing campiagns across the product categories.

3. To ensure all the order from different platforms are dispatched on time in a systematic behavior along with monthly reports maintained for the same.

4. To introduce a step wise retail pragramme with various different luxury spaces Pan India.

5. To maintain and develop our existing client relations at our wholesale programme.

6. Understanding the functionality of platform aggregators such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc and jolt down a scalibitity execution plan for the same.

The key role is to create and understand systems + prompt reply and complete follow up of all orders.

This job aims at creating a good Experience for our customers by providing them with prompt service, this will include right from order management, roasters sheet management, stock, and ancillary mgmt., packaging and logistics, post-shipment enquiry resolution and maintaining a clean and comfortable work environment.
