Looking for Ecommerce Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and oversee listings, promotions, and sales on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Pharmeasy, 1MG, etc.
• Ensure all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search and sales performance.
• Execute promotional campaigns, special offers, and discounts
• Working on an effective content strategy by understanding algorithms of each platform.
• Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offering code performance
• Handle claims, chargebacks, and dispute resolutions of Channels. Address suppressed listing errors, and other operational issues.
• Handle day-to-day activities on Marketplaces. Monitor account health and resolve any account-related issues promptly.
• Perform regular audits of product details to ensure compliance with Marketplaces guidelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics.
