Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• To manage all aspects of e-commerce and key accounts with cross functional activities,
• Preparing catalogue sheet for listing products including catalogue details such as titles, descriptions, keywords etc.
• Experience of managing Amazon ADS, with low ACOS.
• Optimizing and modifying the existing product tittles, keywords, description & prices to increase the product visibility and hence sales.
• Ensuring the existing product online is listed properly with correct data and images.
• Experience of handling error via bulk sheet upload.
• Increase Revenue.
• Manage service Quality and customer satisfaction.
• Carry out a survey of the competing products on e-commerce stores and after analysis give suggestions to improve sales.
• Understanding of competitor performance E-Commerce strategy, new product promo.
• Listing and cataloguing the products online.
• Monitor day to day sales, catalogues, promotions, sales, returns, refund, and customer issues and update Accounts Handling, Buyer messages, Negative feedbacks, Claims, and overall account health Etc.
• Maintain Review Part of listing.
