- Able to handle the end-to-end recruitment process: Sourcing the candidates, screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand-holding all the way till closure
- Maintaining Record and follow up sheets to track data
- Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, Database, networking, references etc.
- Hands on experience with different technologies
