Job Description
Requirement:
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments.
- Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods.
- Review resumes and applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Manage the candidate experience from application through onboarding, ensuring a positive and seamless process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and interview criteria.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in financial Service domain.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent across various roles and levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
