Position Profile: HR Executive
Position Overview: The Senior HR Recruiter will managethe end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, shortlisting,negotiation, and onboarding. This role also encompasses administrative tasksand conducting grievance meetings. The Senior HR Recruiter will work closelywith hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs while maintaining a positivecandidate and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. End-to-End Recruitment:
    • Screening and Shortlisting:
      • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
      • Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
      • Shortlist candidates for further interviews and assessments.
    • Interview Coordination:
      • Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews, both in-person and virtually.
      • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop interview questions and evaluation criteria.
      • Coordinate technical assessments and other evaluation processes.
    • Candidate Negotiation:
      • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and extending job offers.
      • Ensure timely and clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
    • Onboarding:
      • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
      • Prepare and deliver onboarding materials and orientation sessions.
  2. Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
    • Manage job postings and advertisement across various platforms.
    • Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes, including maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  3. Grievance Handling:
    • Conduct grievance meetings and address employee concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Work with relevant parties to resolve issues and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Collaborationand Communication:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
    • Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
    • Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and management.
  1. Employer Branding and Outreach:
    • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  2. Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
    • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes.
    • Experience in handling administrative tasks and grievance meetings.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and management.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
