Job Description
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Utilize multiple recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate and participate in the decision-making process for final selection of candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage and track candidate data and recruitment metrics using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Employer Branding:
- Promote the company s reputation as an employer of choice through social media, job fairs, and other recruitment events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Support new hires through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the machine manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
