RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Proactively address and resolve customer concerns
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of experience (cargo aviation industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work nights and rotational shifts

- Ensure 100% compliance of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Quality Standards as per the contract with principal.

- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Advance knowledge of MS Office
Executive, Sales Contact Centre job entails performing tele sales and booking of shipments. The job requires communicating with potential customers to develop and grow business and to serve customer with right solution.
- 1-2 years of experience in relevant industry
