Job Description
The Staff shall support advisory services of EHS solutions like Enablon, MSM, SAP EHS and Cority, along with learning proven Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) matter knowledge to work efficiently with our key clients in their solution implementations.
The Staff will be responsible for working closely with Senior Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers on client engagements. The role requires a basic understanding of Incident Management, Environmental emissions (air, water, waste), Industrial hygiene along with well-developed communication skills. The Stafss will be based out of our Noida / Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune offices.
Primary responsibilities
- Provide support and enhancement on different EHS digital tools such as Enablon in response to specific data, organizational and operational requirements.
- Support in implementing EHS digital solutions for clients worldwide. Assist with system configuration, integration, training, roll-out, support, maintenance, and improvements.
- Support client teams as required to configure/deploy EHS solutions; specific activities include configuring components within the solution, analysing/migrating data, and developing custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces.
- Ensure quality in delivering client service by directing daily progress of assigned deliverables and informing supervisors of engagement status.
- Support on data migration activities between various system
- Receive direction from the Senior, Manager, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify engagement and client service issues. Research and benchmark client data to industry data. Explain the clients critical success factors to the engagement team.
- Follow through on client requests in a timely fashion, and manage expectations regarding the timing of deliverables and reports.
Qualifications, skills, and experience
- Bachelor s degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
- 1-3 years of experience of consulting work experience in EHS digital solution implementation/support.
- Experience with EHS digital solutions such as Enablon, MSM, SAP, Sphera, Intelex, and Cority in design, build test, and deployment.
- Exposure to EHS process areas like Incident Management, Audits, Risk, Compliance management, Chemical Management, and Industrial hygiene will be appreciated.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
- Ability and comfort level in researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary
