EY - Project Manager - Datacenter (8-12 yrs)

Job Description :

- Manage the overall technical projects with a focus on cloud, data centre, and DevOps projects

- Oversee and implement risk assessment strategies for cloud data solutions, ensuring data security, compliance, and risk management.

- Lead and manage data center migrations, ensuring smooth transitions, minimal downtime, and proper planning for cloud or hybrid environments.

- Champion DevOps practices by promoting automation, CI/CD, and faster, more reliable software delivery.

- Manage the implementation and integration of REST APIs, ensuring secure, scalable, and well-designed interfaces in collaboration with development teams.

- Governance & Compliance : Establish and enforce governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for managing technical projects, with a particular focus on data security, cloud governance, and DevOps pipelines.

- Stakeholder Management : Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to track progress and ensure alignment with project goals. Ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and deliverables to senior leadership.

- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate technical risks, including those associated with data security, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and API integrations.

- Resource Allocation : Work with resource management teams to ensure the appropriate allocation of technical resources across projects, including cloud specialists, DevOps engineers, and API developers.

- Reporting & Documentation : Create and deliver regular reports on project progress, risks, challenges, and setting up Methodology, Continuous Improvement:

- Training & Mentorship : Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to teams on project management best practices, DevOps automation, API integration, and cloud migration techniques.
