Role: SME (Subject Matter Expert)- Energy

Location: Mumbai (Airoli)

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days

Job description:-

• Renewable Energy Strategy & Execution
• Energy Procurement, Financial Review, Equity Structuring
• Regulatory Compliances & Policy Advocacy
• Project Management & Operations

Key Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Electrical / Power Engineering, or a related field (Masters in Management preferred).

• 15+ years of experience in the power and energy sector, with expertise in: o Renewable energy procurement, including captive and group captive solar/hybrid plants.

o Power evacuation planning, transmission open access, and grid integration. o Policy advocacy and regulatory compliance.

o Very strong financial acumen, understanding of cost structure, financial modelling, and techno-commercial analysis.

o Managing statutory clearances, and stakeholder engagements.

• Proven track record in conceptualizing and implementing renewable energy strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects, such as SEZs and data centers.

• Should have worked on Power Purchase Agreements (PPA).

• Should have worked on MERC guidelines and Open Access Approvals

• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of delivering projects within regulatory and financial frameworks.

• Familiarity with energy storage systems and hybrid renewable energy solutions is a plus.

• Working in renewable projects in data centers or similar industries is a plus.
