Responsibilities

Policy and Regulatory

• Read, Understand,Track state and central policies and changes
• Study and analysis of policy docs, tariff orders, regulations (Read/Interpret/Review/Analysis/Summarize)
• Market News update (From News Paper/Magazine and Social media)
• Attending various seminars/workshop/conference and updating management
• Study on alternate off take arrangements e.g. Group Captive/Open access/third party selling in STU and CTU connectivities.
• Make applications on various STU/CTU/MoD/CEA portals

Marketing

• Participating & intimating for exhibitions, Conferences, representation of powerica in the events and sponsorships for the same.
• Vendor finalization for events, exhibitions and distributing the execution plan, vendor’s timely payment.
• Marketing kit ( Brochures, catalogues etc) updation as and when required

Sales

• Customer – Identification (IPP / Captive)
• Project teaser preparation
• Fixing appointments/meetings
• Timely updation of company presentation
• Initiation of NDA and check validity if signed in past to avoid delay conversation
• Offer Compilation and Submission
• Participation in negotiations
• Timely follow up for offer status
• Collating and Sharing project Specific documents to achieve successful due-diligence closer
• Facilitating Customer site visits
• Support to Legal/ Purchase department towards drafting of Agreements/ Work Orders, Purchase Orders in achieving deal closer

Post Sale/ Project Construction

• Daily/Weekly progress report of project status for customer
• Customer’s payment follow-up
• Assisting accounts department in Payment Reconciliation
• Timely check and Reminder on Contractual Obligations
• Work completion/ Certificate of completion etc. informing in writing & via mail to customer's
• Handing over project documents to customer
• Understanding the project specific IRR model
• Supporting legal team with technical & commercial feedback
• Assistance to O&M team as and when required

Essential Requirements (Education, Qualification, Experience & Skills)

• Electrical background / MBA (Marketing)
• Knowledge in MS office Excel, Word, PPT.
• Strong Communication Skill
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
