Job Description:
As a Customer Care Executive for a Referral Management process in Mumbai, your responsibilities will include:
  • Referral Coordination: Managing and coordinating patient referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers.
  • Appointment Management: Scheduling appointments with specialists and ensuring timely coordination between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Referral Status Tracking: Monitoring and updating referral statuses to ensure efficient patient care and communication between providers.
  • Information Transfer: Ensuring that all necessary patient information is accurately transferred between healthcare providers to facilitate seamless care.
Job Requirements:
To excel in the role of a Referral Management coordinator or Customer Care Executive working in the referral management process in Mumbai, you should have the following:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of non-clinical experience, or freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with a proficiency of Versant 5 or above in international communication.
