Job Description:
As a Customer Care Executive for Referral Follow-ups in Mumbai, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Ensuring Follow-Up Completion: Track and ensure referred patients complete their specialist appointments, actively coordinating follow-ups.
  • Appointment Monitoring: Monitor follow-up visits and take proactive steps to ensure patients receive the care they need on time.
  • Feedback Management: Collect valuable feedback from patients and healthcare providers to improve the overall referral experience and maintain excellent patient relations.
  • Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain updated and detailed patient records to ensure smooth coordination between healthcare providers, enhancing patient care at every step.
Job Requirements:
To shine in this Referral Follow-ups role, you should have:
  • Experience: More than one year of experience in a non-clinical healthcare role is required for this position. Also, freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
