Overseeing all the Events to lead the event strategy for a company and will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing a wide range of high-profile events that support business development, brand positioning, and client engagement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Event Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy aligned with the companys real estate goals (residential, commercial, luxury). Lead high-profile events like property launches, promotional events and other business events.
2. Budget & Resource Management:
Oversee event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-efficiency. Track event performance and ensure financial targets are met.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building:
Cultivate relationships with clients, agents, investors, and industry partners. Represent the company at key industry events and ensure brand alignment.
4. Vendor Selection: Select the vendor and create a pool of vendors for different events.
5. Event Execution & Oversight:
Manage event logistics, guest services, and on-site support to ensure flawless execution and an exceptional attendee experience.
6. Marketing & Promotions:
Collaborate with marketing to drive event awareness and engagement through digital campaigns, social media, and targeted promotions.
7. Industry Expertise & Innovation:
Stay current with real estate trends and event technologies to keep events innovative and impactful. Explore new formats like virtual and hybrid events.
