Site Accountant

The Construction Site Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial operations at the construction site, including handling accounts payable, receivable, and project-related financial records. This role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting to support project execution and adherence to budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Process invoices, payments, and track receipts for materials and subcontractors.
• Maintain project budgets, monitor expenses, and assist with cost control.
• Prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts regularly.
• Support the preparation of monthly payroll for site staff and labor.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure financial alignment with project goals.
• Monitor and track project costs, variations, and change orders.
• Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
