Architecture Coordinator (Interior Fit-Out)

The Architecture Coordinator with Interior Fit-Out experience is responsible for coordinating the design and implementation of architectural plans, particularly for luxury commercial projects such as hotels, commercial outlets, and high-end interiors. The role involves working closely with the architectural and construction teams to ensure seamless execution of the design, maintaining quality, timelines, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between the architectural team and construction team to ensure alignment on design intent and project requirements.
• Oversee the interior fit-out process for luxury commercial projects, ensuring designs are executed to the highest standards.
• Ensure timely approval and implementation of design changes and technical details.
• Review and monitor project drawings, specifications, and progress to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, designers, and vendors to ensure materials and finishes align with the project vision.
• Assist in managing project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Provide solutions to design-related issues and challenges during construction.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and luxury project standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural coordination and interior fit-out, with a focus on luxury commercial projects (hotels, outlets, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of design and construction processes, with experience in high-end interior designs.
• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with timelines.
