Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of a world-class spa at Odespa, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will manage the project from conception to completion, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. They will be responsible for coordinating with architects, contractors, designers, and stakeholders to deliver a luxurious and functional space that aligns with the brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish milestones and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Team Coordination & Communication
• Liaise with architects, engineers, interior designers, and contractors.
• Lead regular project meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.
• Budget Management
• Prepare and manage the project budget, ensuring cost control and optimization.
• Review and approve contracts, invoices, and change orders.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Oversee quality control processes during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to address construction issues promptly.
• Risk Management
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure safety standards are strictly followed on-site.
• Finalization & Handover
• Coordinate interior design, installations, and finishing touches.
• Conduct final inspections and oversee snag list resolutions.
• Handover the completed project to the operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing high-end construction projects, preferably spas or wellness centers.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sustainable or green building practices.
• Understanding of spa equipment, design elements, and wellness concepts.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or other relevant tools.
