Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to attract and retain corporate clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and approach potential corporate clients, introducing them to Odespa's tailored wellness solutions.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients, acting as their trusted wellness advisor.
  • Customized Wellness Programs: Collaborate with clients to design personalized spa and wellness packages that address their organizational needs and budgets.
  • Revenue Maximization: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Market Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to craft targeted campaigns that effectively engage the corporate audience.
  • Industry Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine offerings.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly prepare and present detailed sales reports, including pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and account progress.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in corporate sales, with a strong preference for candidates from the wellness, hospitality, or related sectors.
  • A well-established network within Hyderabad’s corporate ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • A passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
