Job Description: Sales and Business Development Manager at Ridhira Retreat

Location: Hyderabad Nanakaramguda

Office Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 Pm (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:


Corporate Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to promote Ridhira Retreats banquet, resort, and wellness offerings.


Strategic Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives across private, public, and government sectors.
  • Drive enterprise sales initiatives, leveraging extensive industry knowledge and relationships.

Team Leadership and People Management:

  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.


P&L Management:

  • Oversee financial performance, manage budgets, and drive profitability.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize productivity and ROI.

Retention and Customer Engagement:

  • Develop strategies for customer retention, enhancing satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for key accounts, ensuring consistent value delivery.

Operational Excellence:

  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach when needed, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Delegate effectively to optimize team productivity without compromising quality.

Sales Growth: Implement strategies to increase bookings, drive revenue, and maximize occupancy for banquets, corporate events, and wellness retreats.


Wellness Dimensions: Advocate for the wellness aspects of Ridhira Retreat by tailoring offerings to meet corporate wellness and team-building objectives.


Corporate Engagement: Design and promote engagement activities, such as retreats, workshops, and events, to cater to the needs of corporate clientele.


Business Development:

  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expanding the companys presence and revenue streams.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships through effective negotiation and relationship-building.

Identify new market opportunities and create customized packages to attract high-value clients.


Strategic Sales and Business Development:

  • Create and execute sales strategies to promote wellness-focused offerings that align with the 8 Dimensions of Wellness (physical, emotional, social, intellectual, environmental, financial, occupational, and spiritual).
  • Drive growth by identifying opportunities within corporate, public, and government sectors.

Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and operational teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded and service delivery is seamless.


Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, client feedback, and market trends to optimize strategies and meet targets.


Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality or wellness sector.

Strong network of corporate connections and experience in B2B engagement.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
