Office Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 Pm (Monday to Saturday)

Corporate Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to promote Ridhira Retreats banquet, resort, and wellness offerings.

Operational Excellence:
Sales Growth: Implement strategies to increase bookings, drive revenue, and maximize occupancy for banquets, corporate events, and wellness retreats.
Wellness Dimensions: Advocate for the wellness aspects of Ridhira Retreat by tailoring offerings to meet corporate wellness and team-building objectives.
Corporate Engagement: Design and promote engagement activities, such as retreats, workshops, and events, to cater to the needs of corporate clientele.
Business Development:
Identify new market opportunities and create customized packages to attract high-value clients.
Strategic Sales and Business Development:
Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and operational teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded and service delivery is seamless.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, client feedback, and market trends to optimize strategies and meet targets.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality or wellness sector.
