Senior Site Engineer (Finishing Only)

Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering only

Experience: -Min 7-12 years

Salary:- ₹50,000 - ₹80, 000 per month

Job Location : North Goa

Responsibilities

• Civil Construction Management (in Residential- Villa Projects)
• Handle finishing works in the assigned projects
• Coordinates program activities designed to manage Structure, high end floor finishes, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc. from conceptual stage through life cycle of project.
• BOQ-BOM-Billing-QS
• Project Planning-Execution, Vendor-Suppliers Management
• Project Execution, Services, Infrastructure work
• Project Scheduling, QA-QC
• Sub Contractor, Labour-Materials &Machinery
• Responsible for compliances, manpower, procurement of raw material, managing sub-contractors & structural quality
• Adhering to RERA timelines & guidelines

Should have handled a luxury residential project end to end.
